Great Room in Greenpoint - Short or longterm lease

Hi!

My roommate has moved back home and I'm looking to fill her room as soon as possible!
-Looking to fill it for either short term lease or year long.
-Great neighborhood two blocks from the Nassau G and 5 blocks from McCarren Park.
-New stove, dishwasher, and oven all put in this week.
-Two roommates... Me (a female artist who also works for an artist in Soho) and also a wonderful chill male roommate who works in Industry City.
-There's no living room... the only shared space is the kitchen and bathroom.
-Utilities usually run about 100$ a month which includes internet/cable, electricity, heat. But in the summer time it depends on air conditioner usage.
-Room comes with a tv if wanted!
