Quiet Apartment for Young Professionals

My two roommates are moving out of our 3 bedroom apartment at the end of July and I'm looking for two more people to fill the lease. The lease is 12 months and starts August 1.

The apartment is on the third floor of a quiet street on the border of Greenpoint & Williamsburg and gets a lot of natural light. The living space is very open and will be semi-furnished. We have the entire third floor of a fully-renovated townhouse built in 1910. The building's entry is super charming! The sizable living room has lots of natural light and opens to the kitchen which has an island, dishwasher, gas stove, full-size fridge, and microwave. Beyond the kitchen we also have a dining area with storage and pantry closets. There are 3 bedrooms total, all with tall double hung closets and windows that get great natural light. One of the open rooms is on the front of the apartment that faces the street and the other faces the back of the building ? both sides are super quiet. There are oak hardwoods throughout and high ceilings. There is only one bathroom, but it's renovated with cute tile and great storage.

Ideal roommates are female young professionals who are responsible, clean, and friendly. I'm pretty quiet (total introvert!) but am happy to share a glass of wine, dinner, or a movie night every so often. I'd love to become friends with my roommates, but completely understand the we might not totally click and that's ok too! Feel free to reach out if you're interested!
