The apartment has very high ceilings, about 12 feet high and a very spacious shared living space . We have a very friendly cat who gets along with dogs very well. We are LGBTQ and friendly. The apartment is close to the G and 7 train and about a 5 minutes drive to the BQE and 7 minutes drive to the LIE. There is a grocery store across the street along with a 25 hour corner store. The apartment is a short distance from the water with a scenic view of Manhattan.
