[1,800 move in] One bedroom in 3 bedroom railroad apartment, building is few blocks from pier and NYC ferry that is 10 minutes to midtown, williamsburg and long island city. 2 blocks from G train greenpoint Avenue station. Some utilities included Building is a walk up with rooftop access, no common area aside from kitchen, and view of long island city and midtown waterfront, other roommate is a consultant. We are both laid back, room fits a full best but queen size bed can also fit.
