Description
Hello! I'm subletting my large bedroom. It is very spacious and the apartment is pretty large as well. It is available mid February or March 1st move in til May 2021. You will have the option to renew directly with the landlord if you want to stay past May 2021.
My room comes with a large private balcony, floor to ceiling windows, plenty of sun light and up-to-date modern large bathroom. The apartment is very modern, you will have central AC and heat, washer and Dryer inunit and stainless steel appliances. The apartment looks like a townhouse! It has a main level an a basement. You will have 2 other roommates. The girl lives on the main level, which is where your room will be. And the guy lives in the basement and he has his own bathroom. Also he has his own exit door so you will barely see him. If you don't want to deal with too many roommates, This is the apartment for you! Also the bedrooms are spread apart, not wall to wall. The room will come unfurnished. Utilities (internet, heat/water) are paid separate. Im open to selling my bed.
The apartment building has door code access for extra safety and each apartment has a video camera to see and speak to anyone trying to get into the building. The building also has a roof deck open during the summer to enjoy the view of NYC. Very beautiful view and cool hangout spot.
Roommates:
Girl - young 30's. big into fitness, wine, funny shows. she works in fashion. very clean, does not smoke and very respectful. best room mate I ever had honestly.
Guy - older 20's, law degree, very easy going, very respectful and happy to catch up if we are all in living room. Clean as well. He smokes outside.
There is a new grocery store literally on the corner
7 train is about 7 minute walk over the Polaski bridge.
G train is about 8 to 10 minute walk down the street
Many local restaurants and shops right outside on Manhattan Ave. and the famous Franklin St. Thus a lot of cute shops and bars to explore on the weekends!
Williamsburg is about a 15min walk! Very close by with Whole Foods and even more cool shops, restaurants and parks to explore. Im always walking to Williamsburg on the weekends.
This apartment is in a great location. The room normally goes for $1.600 because it is so large but the landlord gave me a deal.
Please contact me ASAP if interested in touring! Thank you.
