Studio-size room in cute BK apt with W/D in unit

Hi all!
We are looking for a new roommate to fill my room in our cute, spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bath Greenpoint apartment. The apartment is located in the cutest part of Greenpoint Brooklyn off of Franklin St and the room is available February 1st. It will be unfurnished. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the east river ferry (very convenient) and only a couple blocks from the India St station G train. The roommates staying are 3 female roommates in their twenties and early thirties, open to a male or female roommate. Hoping to find someone who likes to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and is respectful, friendly, and considerate. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer which is a game-changer in NYC! The available room is the size of a studio and can definitely fit a desk, dresser, queen bed, and full-size couch along with other furniture. Great for working from home!! It also gets plenty of natural light! Looking for someone in their twenties or thirties with proof of stable income. Hope to hear from you!
