Looking to find a third roommate to sign a 1 year lease for my apartment in Greenpoint. 680+ credit and 38K+ in annual income required.

The apartment: 2nd floor walk up. Gut renovated in 2018. Stainless steel appliances + dishwasher, hardwood floors. Common space and bedroom has its own remote operated AC/Heat wall unit. Laundry machine in the basement. Common space is currently furnished with a couch, small table + chairs, and a large TV. Extra half bath next to the main bathroom.

The Bedroom: Main space is about 9x9ft and will fit a small desk, dresser, and a full-sized bed (with no frame you could maybe get a queen-sized bed and a box-spring in there). Has a separate enclosed closet with a shelf and a bar for hangers.
