The room is 10' by 11' and comfortably fits a full size or queen sized bed. Great window with good light, sizable closet, and hardwood floors. Bathroom shared with one other person. The building is newer so no issues with rodents or poor heating.
Ideal roommate is clean, pays bills on time, respectful, and LGBT friendly. Roommates are friendly, clean and get along well.
Management requires standard paperwork - security deposit is $950, credit score + proof of income. Guarantors accepted.
