Large furnished BR in 2 BR apartment with garden

I have a large bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment in Greenpoint. The spare room is 14' by 14' and has its own entrance from the hallway. There is a ceiling fan and a decorative fireplace. The room can be furnished or not. The apartment is on a beautiful shady block on India Street. The G train is at the end of the block and the East River ferry is at the end of the street. The apartment in on the first floor of a three story house and has a lovely patio and garden used only by apartment's occupants. You will share the apartment with me, a man in his fifties. My bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment. There is a large living room and a separate dining room. The entire place has just been painted and renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. I cook and the kitchen is well set up. I am very clean and tidy. If you are not this is not a good match. The room is available from January 1st. There is flexibility with the move in date.
