This is a one year lease and you need to have a very good credit score and provide pay stub or source of income in order to be considered by management.

-City bike station is right across the street
-15 minutes walk to McCarren Park.

This is a rent-controlled apartment.

To move in:
-You need to pay 1-month rent of $1125 plus a security deposit of $1125
- The utilities comes around $100 per month
