Current roommate looking to fill 1 vacancy in a 3 bedroom apartment. Seeking those interested in signing a 1-year lease ASAP. The building is new with an elevator, bike room, laundry room (in basement), gym, and 2 roof decks with amazing views. Parking is available upon request from the landlord. Pet-friendly. The unit is in the back of the building, has lots of natural light in the bedrooms, and a private balcony.

I am a vaccinated high school music teacher and professional musician, but rarely play at home. Looking for roommates that are also courteous and tidy in the common spaces and don’t have a preference for quiet hours since I’m often a night owl and wake up early.
