Furnished room for rent

Looking to sublet one room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint for December and January. The apartment is in probably the best location of Greenpoint and Williamsburg as we are about a 30 second walk to McCarron Park and right in the middle of a slew of restaurants(eg. Five Leaves, Good Bar), bars and clubs (Good Room, Pony Boy). The apartment is on Lorimer between Norman and Berry cross streets. Even though we’re near a lot going on this is a very quiet residential neighborhood- very chill/relaxed place to be. We are also the first tenants here so the place/amenities all have a very new feeling.

I’ve got two easy going roommates- one will be traveling internationally most of December so you’ll basically be living in a 3 bedroom with just two people.

The room itself has a queen bed, projector and chrome cast for movies/Netflix, desk, standing desk converter, full closet. The apartment has in unit laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
