10’-12’ room in greenpoint

Located around the corner from the G train, blocks from the ferry, thirty minutes from the city or anywhere else really in the true center of New York City there is a room available. the room is a cozy and comfortable 10’/12’ room with closet in the room, and great natural lighting .A kitchen packed with everything & anything you need if you enjoy cooking or baking. Obviously looking for a roommate but I’m hardly around as I work upstate on weekdays and come back on weekends so the right candidate would have the place to themselves for the most part.
