Your KING-SIZE room is 12.5 x 16ft (200sq/ft), absolutely MASSIVE. Comes with a double window, fire escape access and a DOUBLE CLOSET for storage.
The apartment is fully furnished (your bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, up to you), what's mine is yours. Playstation, espresso machine, whatever.
For the landlord to qualify you for the apartment you must:
Be ready to sign the lease by June 1, 2024
Make $80,000 or higher
Have a clean background check with no evictions
Have no pets (sorry!)
