Three rooms for rent in a 6-room duplex apartment. (6 bed/ 3 bath [room with ensuite is already taken])

Room #1: $1240 (Downstairs)
Room #2: $910 (Upstairs) (taken)
Room #3: $880 (Upstairs)

The current lease ends on Jan. 31st with the new lease beginning on Feb. 1st.

There are two shared full bathrooms—one on the first floor and one on the second.

Utilities are not included in the rent; but they are not too expensive as they are split 6 ways.

There is shared kitchen and living room (both already furnished) as well as in-unit Washer/Dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, and a shared fridge.

There is an application that must be completed and submitted to Management.

Income must be x40 of the rent, but guaranteers are allowed.

The new 12-month lease must be signed by the end of January.

There is NO BROKER FEE.

Pets are allowed (no pet rent) provided management is made aware of their presence.

Room #1 is on the first floor and is located directed across from the bathroom. While this is not a private bathroom, the upstairs people don’t tend to use it to shower. The only other room on the first floor is already occupied. The previous tenant was able to fit a Full/Queen sized bed, a desk, a dresser, and a bookshelf comfortably. This room also has a closet.

Room #3 is on the second floor. It has large windows with a lot of sunlight and can fit a full bed. This room does not have a closet. This room is also unfurnished
