I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me. It’s located between Greenpoint and East Williamsburg. There’s tons of cute coffee shops, restaurants and lots of concert spaces.
The roommates are 24 and 29, both really clean and responsible. John works in a food industry and at night he writes for film and Jimmy is finishing his masters in music school. He’s mostly gone and travels during the weekends so the apartment is nice and quiet.
The room gets a nice sunlight during the day, it’s long so you can fit a lot of storage, it also fits a twin bed. Private bathroom was recently renovated, it’s got a tub, if you’re into taking baths.
We also have a shared backyard!
