The room is average size for Greenpoint apartment, but the closet is huge with storage racks above. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so you have you’re own space. The living room is furnished, but if you have furniture we can figure it out. Kitchen is MASSIVE. 10 minutes to Nassau G or Graham L. Directly in front of B48 bus. A couple blocks from McGolrick Park. It really is a great space and Greenpoint is such a great community. Looking for someone kind and LGBTQ plus friendly.

So with yearly increase it is $2,725.76 a month - there is a
