Bedroom available. Searching for a roommate who is a dog lover and who is clean, responsible, quiet and respectful. I wake up early so someone who can maintain strict quiet hours between 12-8AM is a must. Queen-sized, sunny room with hardwood floors and a view of the backyard in a third floor walk up in Greenpoint. The waterfront park with Manhattan views is just two blocks away. 20 min walk to several parks, W’burg and a 10 min walk to LIC. 10 min walk to the G and 7 trains. Two blocks from buses. Small to medium-sized, calm and quiet dogs who are dog friendly will be considered.
