Large Greenpoint apt with backyard&balcony access

I currently occupy one bedroom in this three bedroom apartment in greenpoint Brooklyn with my boyfriend. We live in Miami but we utilize this residence for periodic visits. So while you would be our roommate, you ultimately would live here alone, as we will keep one of the rooms as an office. We always visit around Christmas time as we have family in New York. We fly in at least once every 2-3 months, and stay anywhere from a weekend to a week.

The room for rent is spacious, has natural light and a walk in closet. You will have your own bathroom. The apartment has yard access to a 900square foot yard. This apartment is walking distance from the G train.
