Looking for a male roommate to take over my portion of the lease since I am moving in with my girlfriend. Looking for someone friendly, down to earth, and clean.

Roommate is a good friend of mine. He's nice, easygoing and keeps the apartment clean. He has all the furniture in the common areas. I have a bed, dresser, and desk that I could leave in the room if needed. Rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which is a plus for privacy.

Looking to assign lease for May 1 through August 31. Option to renew for 12 months. Rent is $2,400 per month.

Must have good credit and make 40X the rent to qualify.
