1 BR Sublet South Slope/Greenwood, PVT Bath/Yard

I am looking for somebody to sublet my fantastic room in South Slope/Greenwood for the months of July and August.

The apartment as a whole is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath place on a quiet, chill, safe street. The bedroom itself is decently sized and can comfortably fit a full sized bed (queen would fit too) along with a tv stand and desk. Closet is fairly large and it would be easy to fit a dresser inside. The room has a private ensuite bathroom (only used by you) and direct access to the backyard directly off the bedroom (only shared by the neighboring unit but they are never out there - it's gorgeous and such a plus to the apartment). There is also a great AC wall unit that works wonders in the heat.

Shared living area has all updated appliances including fridge, electric stove, and a dishwasher. The whole building was newly remodeled and we are the first ones to live in this apartment after the remodel occurred. There is a fairly sophisticated video intercom door system as well. There is card based laundry in the basement. It's a short walk to the R train at Prospect Ave (5-10 min) and there are great buses that run along 5th Ave as well.

The room will come unfurnished but we do have a queen sized air mattress that you could borrow if you didn't want to buy furniture. Utilities come out to about $125 a month

Your would be roommate is a kind, chill, and respectful graduate student. We have gotten along great.

The area itself has a great balance between being relaxed and laid back while also having solid access to bars, restaurants, bakeries, etc. on 5th. Prospect Park and other green areas are a short walk away and you have Park Slope directly to the north for more access to restaurants and entertainment.
