Roommate wanted in South Slope October 1st!

I am looking for a roommate to share my cozy 2 bedroom apartment in South Slope, Brooklyn. There is one unfurnished room available. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by beautiful, historic Greenwood Cemetery. Prospect Park is a short walk from the apartment which is located between the R and F subway lines. I am a female in my late 30s. I work late most nights and travel two weekends/month. I prefer someone who is mature, tidy and likes home to be a peaceful space. I have a pet cockatiel that likes to sing on occasion. $1050 security + 1st month rent. Landlord will conduct a credit check-guarantors ok.
