Lots of storage - closets in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room. Kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and a built-in breakfast bar that separates it nicely from the living room. Apt has as a much more open feel than other 1-bedrooms (the living room doesn't feel like another cramped bedroom). Laundry in basement.

Located off 7th Ave in South Slope/Park Slope. Near the F/G at 7th Ave or Prospect Park, and the R at 25th St. Close to Prospect Park, Greenwood Cemetery, bars, groceries, and restaurants, but a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle, making for a super peaceful and quiet street. Small 8-unit building with friendly and easy-going working professionals.

I can leave the apartment fully or partially furnished through August with items seen in photos below (i. e. tv, spin bike, bed, couch). Alternatively, I can move my stuff beforehand if necessary. Let's discuss. Ideally I am looking to leave anywhere from April 15th-May 1st, but my move-out date can be flexible depending on your needs.
