Large furnished room next to subway & IC M2M

Hello y'all, my name is Andrada, and I am a successful former Airbnb host who new NYC short housing regulations have impacted. I am now looking to fill all my private rooms starting December 1st. This is a higher-end design within a concept of living; we feature a very clean space with a sanctuary feel. Each room will be sharing the bathroom with two other rooms. There also is a master suite available with its own private bathroom. I am open to considering a potential couple if we are a good fit and for a price adjustment. Utilities/internet are included except for electricity. We offer weekly stays as well as month-to-month, quite flexible. I will attach the afferent Airbnb links for your information.
