Room in large two-bedroom apartment

I am seeking a roommate for a large two bedroom apartment starting October 1. There is a huge, fully-stocked kitchen, a comfortable dining room, and a spacious living room with lots of records and books. The bedroom has a separate entrance and you have the option to keep the furniture or it will be discarded prior to your move. The apartment is in Greenwood Heights/South Slope, three blocks from the subway and down the block from several bars and restaurants. It's a great neighborhood.
