Available immediately, I have a room for rent downstairs in my townhouse apartment. I LOVE this place, it's clean, cozy, spacious. HUGE backyard. The bedroom has a private bathroom and a semi-private entrance. I don't spend much time downstairs, so you will have the floor mostly to yourself. There is storage available and you will have optional access to the washer and dryer.

About me: I'm a professional, mother and entrepreneur. My 6yo and I are hardly home but for a few hours most evenings, go to sleep early, start my day at 6AM. Looking for a professional or student who is clean, mature, responsible, respectful; but also laid back enough to have a peaceful, happy living situation.

The neighborhood is very nice. Clean for Brooklyn. Lots of beautiful real estate. Huge park is a five minute walk from the house. YMCA nearby. Lots of food/shopping options along Fulton St.

Furnishing optional. Utilities not included. Optimal for a temporary arrangement (3-6 months)

This is a 35 minute trip to lower Manhattan. Two stops from Broadway Junction on the J. J train is very reliable and regular, less than 10 minute walk from the house. Q56 bus is also pretty reliable, less than 5 min walk.
