Apartment comes with a dishwasher and washer/dryer unit for easy laundry. There's also roof access. Building management requires credit and income check.
The neighborhood is residential with lots of families. Tree lined with a bike path stretching from Coney Island to Prospect Park. 10 mins away is Cortelyou Rd, a trendy street with with various restaurants and bars.
Five minute walk to the F train at 18th Ave and around 30 mins train ride to the Lower East Side. Around a 15 minute walk to the B/Q train and there's a bus that can get you there in half that time. Feel free to text/call
