Bedroom in Brooklyn for rent

We have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom home for 850 a month. Move in will be June 1st and you must be interested in signing a lease. The lease doesn't start until September but will need to be signed before July. Also, rent will be increased 16.66 starting September first, so you'll be paying 866.66. Utilities will be split, on average you'll be paying around 50.00 a month. To move in you'll need 850 for the security deposit and 850 for first months rent, also background check is required.

The bedrooms are a little small, but can fit a queen size bed comfortably. The apartment itself is huge, we have a dining room, eat in kitchen, huge living room, small little room off of the living room, and a sun room. Its in a great location, lots of transportation near by. The F, G,Q,2, & 3 trains are within walking distance. F and G trains being the closest. Lots off different buses across the street. Walking distance to prospect part, Ditmas park, and Flatbush.

You'll be room mating with two females. We're looking for a LGBTQ friendly person, who is chill, low key, and cleans up after themselves. The apartment is truly an escape from the craziness of the city, and we would like to keep it that way.
