Room For Sublet- 975$ -Jan 1 - Brooklyn College

Hi all! I am subletting an unfurnished room in a two bedroom apartment in Kensington, close to Ditmas Park. Female roommate preferred. Utilities are all included (WiFi, electric, and gas!) Room is available January 1st and I am looking for someone to stay through June 15th (with a possibility of renewal. I can be slightly flexible with dates). 10 min from Newkirk Plaza B/Q, 10 minutes from 18th Avenue F, 45 minutes into the city. 20 minute walk from Brooklyn college. Must be okay with cats, I have two and they are friendly! I am asking for 1950 $ to move in- $975 for first month, $975 for security. I am easygoing, clean, accommodating and looking for someone to share this apartment with.
