ABOUT ME
I'm a 31yo woman who works in book publishing and enjoys a craft beer. I'm mostly a homebody and often have friends over for movie nights (3x/week max). I've recently started baking and am happy to share treats. I'm pretty laid back in terms of house "rules" and I'm a big believer in open communication. I typically shower at night and do most of my cooking on weekends.
SEEKING
A quiet, clean roommate (preferably female, but open to males too. Any sexual orientation welcome). Willing to split responsibility for cleaning and household tasks. Absolutely no smokers or drug use. (Alcohol okay!) House guests welcome for a reasonable amount of time, but advance notice is strongly preferred. Romantic partners welcome to stay over, as long as it's not every night. (I don't want to end up with a surprise third roommate!)
FINANCIALS
The monthly rent is $1800 ($900/person), which includes electricity. WiFi and gas is additional. $25/month charge for AC per unit. (Unit in each bedroom).
THE ROOM
Available furnished or unfurnished. Fits a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, and a bookcase. Small closet but the hall closet is available for additional hanging space. Furnished includes full bed, dresser, and two bookcases.
