Room for rent

Who we are:
Kathleen (42) and Ed (60) living in a 3 bedroom apartment. We are both rarely home but when we are, we are the quiet, mature, nerdy types ??
Who you are:
Someone kind, who takes the pandemic very seriously (we practice distancing and wear masks obsessively) who is looking to rent a room for $900/month, bills included.
Where we are:
3rd floor walk up in Kensington, one block from the F train at the 18th Ave stop, about 40 minutes to midtown manhattan. Our apartment is above a bodega, and groceries and laundry are within a block.

9 foot ceiling
Two 3 x 6 foot windows with lots of light.
Big Closet 2 x 5 x 9 foot.
