Hello, I'm leaving for personal reasons and looking for a down to earth, easygoing person to replace me in my space in Kensington, Brooklyn!
This is a first floor apartment, but does not face the street- it is tucked away and faces a small courtyard area the building has in between units.
You will be moving into the living room but still have a lot of privacy. The other tenant is a college senior (fine arts major) who has her own private room and keeps to herself. They are LGBT+ identifying, BIPOC and would love someone inclusive as well.
Neighborhood is diverse and has basic amenities nearby, as well as a great variety of restaurants.

Located near the 18th Ave F line and the Newkirk Plaza B/Q line- just a 10 min walk to either one!
