2 bedroom,& study & huge plant room. 1500 sq ft

I am looking for a roomate. I have lived here for a year and some change and LOVE it! It is very quiet, safe, and family orientated neighborhood.

It is the top floor of a duplex (separate access and everything else!)

The kitchen is fully updated with a washer/dryer. There are three bedrooms and an additional room that I use as a large plant room/lounge room.

Although there are three bedrooms, the third bedroom is used for storage/guest bedroom. There is one bathroom that would be shared amongst myself and the other roomate. All the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, sun room, living room etc) plus study are free access for both myself and the other roomate and are fully furnished!

Essentially, I use the space as a 2 bedroom, 1 guest room space PLUS an additional large plant room (it has french doors!). The entire place is full of natural light.

My place is located in Kensington, right next to the Park Slope area! Prospect Park is within walking distance!

All utilities included except for electric and wifi which generally run to be 80 each in total (40 per person for electric and 40 per person for wifi)

The common spaces are all fully furnished so the only thing you would need to furnish would be your room!

I am a bit flexible with move in date.
