Just moved in a 1 bdr apt several weeks, an have a private room available. (Midwood area, really close to Ave M)
The area is nice. Lots of grocery stores, pizza joints, banks, pharmacys, 7 eleven, etc just few block away from the building
About 3 minutes away from Q train and and bus stations. (30 minutes to Manhattan, 7 blocks from Coney island)
The room itself is very warm. Has a queen size mattress, and few other pieces of furniture. You're welcome to bring your own furniture into the room if you want to.
There is no laundry in the building, but the laundry with pick up is just a few blocks from the building
All utilities are included.
ABOUT ME: Russell, 28. White, Don't smoke, don't drink, no pets. Won't mind into your private business as long as you won't mind into mine ;))
Please no drinkers, smokers( not in the apt at least) No pets (love em, but the apartment just not made for them) No couples (single person only) Gender doesn't matter.
