Hi everyone! My name is Kelly, I'm 20 years old and I currently live in Brooklyn. I will be transferring to Brooklyn College and I need TWO other roommates to rent out a 3bedroom 2bathroom. Your rent will be looking around $800-$900/month for a CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONED apartment with SPACIOUS CLOSETS! You will share a bathroom with a bathtub with ONE roommate, and have your own private bedroom. They are within 5 minute walking distance to Brooklyn College, Target, 2 and 5 trains.
Room - $900 - more length than width. Good Closet, air conditioning + heat, private.
Room - $800 - more width than length. Good Closet, air conditioning + heat, next to my room.
Both are able to fit full bed.
There are also two extra closets in the apartment (one giant) if you need more closet space.
Apartment has NEW KITCHEN with dishwasher, microwave, big refrigerator, countertop seating. GIANT living room for plenty of living space. Laundry IN UNIT but no machines installed. I am willing to provide dryer but we will need to buy washing machine (expense of around $100 total split between us)
I am looking to sign the lease with 2 other girls for AUGUST 15TH. I am hoping to sign this weekend (weekend of 27th-28th) Guarantor income 98k or above and great credit.
