Cute and Cozy Friendly Room

The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. It has a large kitchen and a large section of the basement used as a movie theatre and for office space.
We are all professionals in the creative field. we are all very kind and considerate of each other and the shared space and therefore want a roommate to be as well. We are all queer-identifying people so all are welcome with open arms :)

the apartment is off a few steps from the Rockaway Ave C, a few blocks from the Chauncy J, and about a 10-minute walk from Bushwick- Aberdeen L or Broadway Junction.
The room is on the ground floor and has a window that faces the backyard which is ours and is private.
a wall has been painted pink but you are very open to changing or keeping that.
there is a closet and the room will be unfurnished. So just use the furniture in there now for scale. Sorry, the room in the photos is a bit messy the current occupant is out of town.
