Large bedroom, private bath plus office!

Hi. I’m moving and looking for someone to take over my lease until April 2022. You would be paying $1400 for a large bedroom, your own bathroom plus an extra room that you can use as your office (currently a nursery). Can’t beat that! You would be sharing living room and kitchen with Adam who is honestly hardly ever here but when he is, he’s great to be around! Adam has a cat who keeps to herself. Location is right on the C train. Broadway Junction is a few blocks away. Landlords are excellent. May not need to pay a deposit if you have good credit!
