Room for rent in Park Slope/Windsor Terrace

Please read carefully. Preference is for long term roommate however can be flexible.

Furnished Room with Queen size bed available for rent available in a 2 bedroom apartment with access available to living room, kitchen and bathroom. If you wish to have a friend or someone you know crash on the couch please let me know in advance.

no extra air conditioner fees (A/C provided), and in true Park Slope near Prospect Park.

I believe in working hard, party hard and keeping space both respectful and clean. So cleaning after yourself is highly important and mandatory.

If renting for over a month normal credit check and application process will apply. Lease packet will be signed based on terms and time agreed upon. Security deposit will also apply and last month's rent.

The room comes with nice amount of closet space near the lovely prospect park. Love living next to the park and all the nearby bars, cafes and restaurants.

Amenities nearby: Laundromat, banks, cafes, restaurants, movie theatres, post office and the beautiful Prospect Park. F/G and R trains are easily accessible.. B61 and B68 closeby. B69 and B67 within walking distance. Pics attached.

A bit about me. I work 2 jobs Tax preparer during winter. and direct sales with Spectrum. Family move to NY from Puerto Rico, I grew up in sunset park Brooklyn since I was a baby and now in park slope. I am into meditation daily, going to practical philosophy and kabbalah classes (spiritual growth) , reading, gym or running in the park (least 2x week), networking events, traveling, salsa dancing. Very respectful of people and love harmony.
