Looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment!
Two male roommates- both in their late twenties working at healthcare startups. Respectful and clean. One is fairly introverted and the other is fairly extroverted- looking for someone in between to keep the balance. Both work long hours and will not be around on weekdays- like to come back to a peaceful, chill apartment, grab a beer, watch TV, play VR.

Apartment is located on the third floor walk up, on the edge of Park Slope and Prospect Heights. Bedroom has a double-door closet, a full bed, dresser, and a bookshelf. There is a skylight- so it is very isolated from street noise. Central air in room. W/D in unit. High ceilings throughout the apartment, with lots of natural light in both the bedroom and living room.

Transportation: It is within 3min walking of the B, Q and 2,3 line, and 6 min walk of Atlantic Barclays center with D, N, R,4,5 subway lines and the LIRR. CitiBike station on same block.

Near-By Convenience: UPS store and 24 hour Duane Read down the block. 13 min walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Library; 16 min walk to Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Many bars and restaurants within 3 min walk (Taro Sushi, Morgan's BBQ, Ample Hills, Brooklyn Larder, Sugarcane, Weather Up, Sweet Polly)
