Room for rent in my 2 br/1ba on 5th Ave b/t Douglass and Degraw. Open bedroom is over 400 sqft with en suite office and floor to ceiling closet / storage space. Lots of sunlight as three big windows in bedroom face east, just above the tree-line. Top floor of a 4th fl walkup. Only two other apartments in the building and a pilates studio at the foot of our building. Great relationship with neighbors and landlord.

Security deposit is one month's rent. Term is month-to-month. Looking for a commitment through end of summer with possibility to renew from there. Utilities run about $100/month. We will sign a sub-lease with Landlord's knowledge. Room will be available come 3/15.
