Giant Room in Gorgeous Park Slope!

I'm moving out and need someone to take over my lease starting as early as March 4. Both roommates are interested in renewing the lease so we're looking for someone interested in doing so, on April 30 of this year. I've absolutely loved living here, and wouldn't be moving if I weren't moving in with my boyfriend (we're moving into a place 10 blocks away, that's how much we love Park Slope!). I'm excited to help someone else find this gem of a place and make it their home!

The other girls are both so sweet and friendly. One is a nursing student at NYU, one works in tech. They both love wine and Netflix marathons! The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up, located on a super safe, tree-lined block in Park Slope and walkable (<10 mins) to 2/3 (Bergen St), B/Q (7 Av), and Barclays Center (2/3/4/5/N/Q/R/B/D) stops. The shared living room has a big screen TV with PS4, kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave, and the shared bathroom is modern and clean. The laundromat and grocery store are both at the end of the block.

Rent ($1,200/month) includes heat, hot water, and gas. We have internet and electricity bills which are shared between the roommates and will be about another $30-50/month/person. Since you would be adding yourself to the lease when they renew, we are working with our original broker (we <3 her) who will run your application and credit check, so there will be a small application fee.
