Come Live In Park Slope Still Available

Read the whole ad: I'm renting out the second bedroom (comes unfurnished) in my two bedroom apartment in north park slope from Aug 15th - Oct 1st. It's the room with the hanging lights and yellow bedspread. It is on the second floor of a 2 floor building, has a great eat in kitchen, good sized living room, and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. Blocks from a grocery store, 2 Whole Foods, laundry, 5th ave bars and restaurants. Right near Dinosaur BBQ and Ample Hills! Near Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Bed-Stuy. If you have a car, the parking is remarkably easier than you would expect on our street. NO PETS OR COUPLES SADLY.

NOTE: I’m moving out Oct. 1st. This is for someone who wants to live here for 6 weeks.

THE ROOM: The room is a small (10x6) bright room with one window (it's the photo with the red chair and hanging lights). Situated in the back of the apartment and is nice, quiet and private. The room fits a full bed and dresser. Their is no closet in the room however their is a little outdoor rooftop area that is nice to lounge on in the fall.

TRANSPORTATION: 3 blocks from the Union St. R or 8 blocks to Atlantic/Pacific - Barclays Center (every train...practically)

ME: I'm male in my late 30's, work as a freelance video producer. I'm looking for a good person (male or female) who is able to help keep the apartment clean, and be considerate, smart and social.
