Hello! One large bedroom available in a 2 bedroom duplex. The room comes furnished and has a private bathroom with a shower. It's very spacious, although it is basement level so it's not for everyone. There is a window, closet, a/c, and it's fully heated. The room is the entire lower level of the apt.

On the ground level, there's a kitchen that leads to a private outdoor space. I'm female, 30s, work from home sometimes. Also, there is one sweet cat living here.

Apt is a close walk to R (at Prospect Ave) and F/G trains (4th Ave & 9th St), and tons of bars & restaurants. Laundromat right around the corner, and Prospect Park is a 10 min walk.
