The apartment is in a well maintained elevator building with laundry and features hardwood floors, tons of windows, plenty of closet space, and A. C. units throughout. The apartment has a huge common area, great for hanging out and entertaining friends, the kitchen has all new stainless steels appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and the private balcony is perfect for summer dinners and barbecues. All three rooms can comfortably fit a queen bed and have built-in closets.
