January - Huge Bedroom, Bills Included!

Hi!

Room in two bedroom apartment, available January 1. Dates are flexible, open to and long term stays!

The place:
Located on Baltic Street, Brooklyn between 3rd and 4th Avenue, ten minute walk to the D, N, R, B, Q, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains at Atlantic Ave.

The apartment:
Two bedroom railroad style apartment, one bathroom. The
bedroom is huge, it has two closets, two windows, space for a king sized bed, as well as other furniture. Bed and desk available for purchase if needed.

The roommate (me):
I'm 31 and I work in digital marketing. I'm friendly, fun, and respectful. I don't party at home, but I play a lot of fun music before I go out. Fans of Madonna and Kylie Minogue are encouraged.

The new roommate (you):
I'd like to live with someone who is friendly, and who would be open to hanging out every so often. Must be able to pay the rent and bills by the 1st of each month.

The boring stuff (money):
The rent is $1500 per month for single roommate, $1750 for a couple, and must be paid to me by the 1st. Internet, electricity, and gas included.

Move in cost is $1450 security deposit, and one month of rent upfront, adjusted depending on your move in date.

I would prefer a long term stay (lease has been signed until September 30, 2019) but I'm also open to shorter term stays with a one month minimum.
