Looking for an employed roommate, who wishes to join a friendly, laid back three-bedroom household in a large 8-room, all original apartment.

Bedroom is furnished. Includes a full-size bed and high quality mattress, built-in armoire closet with full length mirror, dresser, and shelving. Window A/C in summer is available.

You can bring your own mattress and furniture if you want.

Share a large living room, kitchen, and 1-1/2 bathrooms with 2 straight male humans and 1 female cat. Doug is a work-from-home-teacher for the NYC schools and Todd is an IT software trainer and professional copywriter.

The apartment is large, making it easy to “social distance” and not disturb one another, including when we are all working from home.

Roommate references available upon request. I have almost always had at least one female roommate, including the woman who currently lives upstairs with her fiancé. It is such a nice place to live that most people stay for years, only moving out to get married or take a job in another city.

Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed. The adorable Nisa Honeybun-Dubois is a rescue with PTSD. Other animals have proven far too stressful.

Rent includes Verizon Fios 300 mbs up/down internet, and all other utilities.

2 Store Rooms. One could be used for out of town visitors to sleep in.

Friendly neighbors and landlady on premises.

One-month security deposit required - but can be flexible about that with proof of employment and steady income.

Located equal distance from major subways, plus bus to Atlantic Center and Downtown Brooklyn:
