Hello -
My name is Jeffrey. My roommate is moving out of Brooklyn and I am looking to fill their room in my 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, brownstone apartment. This space is the top of a brownstone (no one is above us) and very spacious for NYC. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher and great bathroom. The room itself is a good size that can easily fit a queen size mattress with a large closet, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

I am in Park Slope (South Slope), a few minutes from the F/G/R at 4th/9th street. It?s an ideal neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores.

I am a late-20-something professional working in advertising. I keep my apartment clean, am responsible, and am very laidback.

I am looking for a no-drama roommate who is quiet, laid-back, and is very responsible (pays rent on time, does their dishes, keeps the apartment clean, etc.) and is okay with a quiet and relaxing home space. No drugs, no smokers, and am fine with either a M or F roommate. Our landlord is very friendly and fixes everythign immediately, but does requires credit & income check, as well as signing on the lease.

Rent is 1525 + utilities (Spectrum + ConEd Electricity).
