Renting out one bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2 bath apartment. I am moving out of state and leaving behind 3 amazing and kind roommates and one lovable Maltese dog.
The apartment has been recently renovated - full stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. Hardwood floors, exposed brick accent wall in the living room, marble countertops.

The building is near the F, G, and R lines. It's a short walk to the park and is walking distance from great restaurants, bookstores, bakeries, and bars.

The monthly rent is $1250 which includes heat/water. The electric bill is usually under $25/month per roommate. The internet bill is $20/month per roommate. I am willing to sell all the furniture (bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair) and window AC unit in the room for $250 total
