Female Roommate in Cute Park Slope Apartment!

I am looking for a female roomie who is interested in Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood!! It would be a year lease with me-- starting oct1, but potentially sooner if interested. Im a fun, 24 year old advertising professional working for a large publishing house in downtown NYC.

A little about me:

1) I am very clean!

2) Not home a ton, but when I am, I'd love to hang out, watch silly reality TV or send insta memes

3) I have a boyfriend, but he lives in Hoboken and I often stay there on weekends (he doesn't stay here as much)

4) I go out occasionally on weekends, but like to be in bed like a grandma on weeknights

A little about home sweet home:

1) 2 bed, 1 bath, with a flex third room (currently used as a giant Carrie Bradshaw closet!)

2) hardwood floors throughout, AMAZING landlord, no pets, and no cig smoking, please!

3) it would come with most of the living room furniture, a lot of cookware, etc.

4) Bedrooms are large queen+ size rooms

5) rent is only $1100 per person.... which is insane for this area ?

6) 7-10 min walk to F/G or R trains (aka you can get anywhere from here)

7) such a safe and quiet area.... I love my little home!
