The Bedroom

? Includes a twin bed, mini fridge, dresser, shelf. There is also an optional large TV with some lines in the screen.
? Has a skylight, which leads to an enormous private rooftop space that is exclusively yours.

The House
? It was renovated in 2015. There are two bathrooms. Your primary bathroom has an enclosed shower, double sink and a lot of closet/cabinet and drawer space. It's very big and has a bunch of cool lighting as well as a window and a skylight.
? The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and gas range stove. The refrigerator includes a built in ice maker. The sink is huge and the counter space ample. You have access to all of the pots and pans, plates, glasses, utensils.
? The living room is very big and includes couch and tv and dining area. If you have a bike, we reserve a section of the living room for bike storage.
? There is a free washer/dryer in the basement.

The Location
? 2 blocks from the R, F,G train and 4th ave/9th street. Get to Manhattan in under 25 minutes.

The People
? There are 4 other bedrooms with 4 roommates. We've all come in at different times over 4 years. Everyone gets along well yet also lead their own separate and active lives. It?s easy to go weeks without seeing each other. It?s a judgement free zone, we are all different genders and races, and a friendly household.
? The landlord is great and very attentive, problems get resolved very quickly and he cares about his tenants
? The neighbors are all very cool, there are 3 smaller apartments in the building.
